Being Agile is as much a state of mind as much as a series of processes. Ownership of the transformation starts from the top down with vision and support, but true agility is also built from the bottom up. Expectations for teams to become high performing problem solvers need to be set, and then nurtured with acceptance of the teams solutioning that drives performance.
